Ellen will cover the fundamentals of CalABLE accounts and Special Needs Trusts (SNTs), explaining the distinctions between 3rd party SNTs, 1st party SNTs, and CalABLE accounts. Learn how to use CalABLE accounts to receive gifts and avoid SSI deductions, and discover how these tools can complement each other.
